Search Queries
A name or location entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider that operates that feature. The provider processes the request and supplies its results. We do not keep or record those search terms on our systems.

We may retain an email or other message long enough to respond and maintain the related correspondence. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.

Missouri government access to criminal records is separately governed by the Missouri Sunshine Law, Chapter 610 RSMo, and §43.527 RSMo.

Outside companies operate the search boxes. Information submitted through one of those tools falls under that company's privacy policy rather than this policy. Each provider controls its own retention and disclosure rules. Review those terms before entering a query.

Links may lead to the Camden County sheriff, Missouri courts, state agencies, legal-aid resources, or an outside search service. Once you leave this website, the destination's privacy policy applies. Read that policy before providing personal information.
